Terms

These terms apply when you use fodor.ink or buy from the Fodor Ink shop, run by Fodor Ink Tattoo Studio in Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your order is confirmed when payment goes through and you get a confirmation email. If we can't fill an order, for example because a blank is discontinued, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
• If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we can cancel the order and refund you.

Products

Colors on screen vary by device. Washed, acid wash, and tie-dye garments are dyed by hand, so every one is a little different. Shipping, returns, and replacements follow our shipping and returns policy.

Artwork

The designs, artwork, photos, and the Fodor Ink name and logo on this site belong to Fodor Ink Tattoo Studio. Buying a shirt doesn't give you the right to reproduce the design. Please don't copy or resell our work.

Booking requests

Sending a booking or financing request doesn't book an appointment. We'll reach out to talk through your idea, pricing, and scheduling. Financing decisions are made by Afterpay, not by us.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.
