Privacy Policy

This policy covers fodor.ink, run by Fodor Ink Tattoo Studio, 32 W Main St, Fleetwood, PA 19522. It explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and who we share it with. We don't sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Booking and financing requests. Your name, email, phone number, tattoo idea, placement, size, budget, and any reference photos you upload.
• Shop orders. Your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and what you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage. Our site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and records things like pages viewed and whether you booked or bought something, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.

How we use it

• To answer your booking or financing request and schedule your appointment.
• To make, ship, and support your shop order, including order and tracking emails.
• To keep a record of our clients and customers.
• To send studio news or offers, only if you opted in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the studio and the shop, and only what they need:

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Our print and fulfillment partners, who receive your name, address, and phone number to make and ship your order.
• Afterpay, if you apply for tattoo financing.
• Resend, which delivers our emails.
• Vercel and Neon, which host the site and our records.
• Meta, through the Meta Pixel described above.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing fodorinktattoo@gmail.com.
• You can block or clear cookies in your browser, and you can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

How long we keep it

We keep client and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet our tax and business obligations. Reference photos you send with a booking request go to the studio inbox so we can design your piece.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
